The Product Committee helped me figure out what I was trying to accomplish. I also enjoyed Anna's true desire to geek out and learn and understand.

Curious what it's like to work with The Product Committee?  We put together some case study summaries, borrowing some of our clients' words.  

One project focused on Data Strategy and Operations analysis, and involved translating long legal documents into brief snippets which would be easy to read and digest.  The final deliverable was a form that could be used by people with little access to telecommunications to request information and legal support through the mail.  

What I liked most about working with The Product Committee was that there were clear and workable goals, and a process to achieve them. TPC helped me figure out what I was trying to accomplish. Anna is patient, encouraging and an excellent communicator, while being professional and authoritative. She has great patience and intelligence. She can interpret jargon into technical action planning.  Her broad experience allows her to understand and align the Points of view of subject matter experts, support staff and data managers within an organization.

Another project involved putting together a business plan, a preliminary roadmap, and engineering requirements for a Data Science product for use by the Real Estate Investment industry.  The deliverables were architectural diagrams and business process diagrams. 

My favorite parts about working with The Product Committee were: the responsive communication, the accountability, and the critical thinking.  When we worked on materials to share with outside teams, there was a good understanding of what information needed to be shared vs withheld for optimal communication.  I can say I am happy with the work product.  I also enjoyed Anna's true desire to geek out and learn and understand.
