The TPC approach is about: asking questions, understanding goals, developing solutions in collaboration, and finally transitioning ownership of the solution back to the business owner.
Short term clients will engage us as a thought partner, and they will receive notes and recommendations after our time together.
Longer term clients will work with us to create a custom Statement of Work. Deliverables may include Business or Marketing Plan documents, Infographics, persuasive communications such as pitch decks, reports, diagrams, planning documents, training videos, or marketing materials.
We make it a point to produce deliverables as we go, so that you can share them with your teams and keep an open dialog with us. All of our work is done in collaboration, and we make it our business to make sure you understand the methods we use, so that you can keep using them successfully after the project is completed.
